PANA celebrates Christmas

The past few months were hard for the entire country. Natural and man-made tragedies hit which caused lost lives and shattered homes.

As in any other situation, these calamities can be seen as a huge challenge that can inhibit the country’s progress or as the advertising industry chose to see it, an opportunity to bring the industry together to make a difference in the lives of Filipinos.

After the exciting yet exhausting Ad Congress, the Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) is once again back on its feet, this time, to spread the Christmas cheer.

December 5 marked the PANA Christmas party at Outback Steakhouse in Glorietta 4, Makati City. More thrilling games were prepared this year, which PANA members eagerly participated in.

A lot of prizes were raffled off to the attendees, including two television sets as major prizes. Loot bags were, likewise, given out to the first 120 guests who arrived at the venue.

December 5 was also the Election Day for PANA. PANA members exercised their right to vote for the new set of PANA and PANAF leaders to propel both organizations to greater heights for 2010. Quorum was easily reached as online voting proved to be very convenient for PANA members, especially since this has been the fourth year that PANA held its election electronically.

Good food, clean fun and great people surely made the PANA Christmas party and Election a success.
