PANA Learning Clusters

One of PANA’s commitments as stated in its Vision-Mission is the development of PANA members into responsible and market-sensitive practitioners through relevant education programs and interaction. In line with this, the 2008 PANA Board of Directors recently held the first batch of the PANA Learning Clusters, small group discussions covering topics of interest to members.

Three PANA Learning Clusters were simultaneously held last Friday, August 15, 2008, namely: Crisis management, Partnerships, and Corporate Branding/ Ethical Brands. Two were held at separate meeting rooms at the 34th floor of the Petron Building while the third one was held at the ADBOARD conference room.

Two to three PANA Directors headed each cluster. They conducted the presentations and moderated the group discussions. Appetizing snacks were served while the Cluster Heads took the lead in discussing the afternoon’s subject matter. After the presentations, a healthy exchange of ideas followed suit, as participants determined how best to apply the concepts learned in their own companies.

This PANA Learning Clusters project aims to enrich PANA members by providing them with excellent opportunities to exchange experiences and ideas which will increase their knowledge and improve their level of professionalism.

Frequency of future Learning Clusters, as well as topics to be covered, will be determined from the feedback given by the Learning Cluster participants.

Nobody is so gifted that he/she can no longer learn. Likewise, everybody has a success story or challenge he/she can share. With the Learning Clusters, PANA promises advertisers a break from the usual routine, an expanded network and an enjoyable learning experience with co-PANA members.
