1. TRADE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (Project-based for 1 Year)
Overall Responsibility:
- Support the day-to-day operations of Trade and Promoter Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Process agency billings and incentives
- Arrange/facilitate office day schedule
- Arrange/facilitate training and exhibit logistics
- Consolidate weekly trade concerns from Field Sales Coordinators
- Track progress of promoter pooling from partner manpower agencies
- Monitor deployment gaps and applicant screening schedules
- Assist day-to-day concerns and queries (i.e. stocks, service requests and issues, etc.)
Other Tasks:
- Consolidate monthly deployment reports
- Encode weekly approved expenses
Reporting to: Trade Marketing Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in the fields of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or the equivalent thereof.
- At least 2 years working experience in Trade Marketing/ Sales or Marketing, with Operations or Retail Sales background
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good communication and project management skills
- Has experience in people management
- Good social interaction and networking skills
- Has influencing skills
- Should have focus on execution with good attention to detail and persistence
- The position will be based in Makati City
2. TRADE MARKETING PROMOTER MANAGEMENT & MERCHANDISING ASSISTANT
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the VisMin Promoter Management Program which includes the following:
- Implementation of Strategies
- Assignment of Promoters and Allocation by Customer, and Promoters' Training and Development
- Communication of Frontliner Standards and Targets
- Creation of timely reports as well as evaluation of measurement tools
- Oversee the implementation of the merchandising strategies at store level and recommend changes or alternatives to Trade Marketing Manager
- Manage the development and implementation of events
- Ensure that merchandising and visibility standards are observed in accordance with Electrolux merchandising policies and strategies
- Analyze all data for VisMin sales and deliver relevant feedback
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in the fields of Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or the equivalent thereof.
- At least 2-5 year(s) working experience in Sales/Marketing, including key customer & traditional trade management
- Has consumer goods marketing and sales background, preferably with in-store merchandising and promotion experience
- Sound financial understanding in the context of budget processing & management
- Applicants must be a resident of Cebu City and fluent in its local dialect.
- Preferably has 1-4 years of experience specializing in Sales - Retail/General or the equivalent thereof
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good communication and project management skills
- Able to exert influence and negotiate in various conditions
- With good social interaction and networking skills
- The position will be based in Cebu City
3. CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Kay Responsibilities:
- Develop the territory's business strategies and plans, consistent with the channel segment's strategies
- Deliver over-all performance and development of the territory through the Company's third party distributor partner
- Ensure the development of the distributors’ progressive capability in attaining both the mutual short-term and long-term business objectives
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 2 year(s) working experience as a Sales Executive/Account Manager and 2 years working experience as a Distributor Manager
- Possesses an entrepreneurial attitude, is a self-starter and a team player
- Knowledge of basic Finance
- Good writing and communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient driving skills, with a valid driver's license
- The position will be based in Makati City
