CATEGORY MERCHANDISE MANAGER

Job Requirements:
  • candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Textile/Fashion Design and Production or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Budget allocation, sales forcasting, open-to-buy
  • at least 1 year of working experience in the related field

CUSTOMER RELATIONS SERVICE REGIONAL MANAGER

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, promulgation and implementation of the over-all security program of the Company.

Job Specifications:
  • ensures proper implementation of company rules and regulations and standard operating procedures
  • conducts panel interview of CR5 applicants
  • evaluates and makes recommendations regarding the performance and accreditation of Security Agencies
  • monitors status and ensures appropriate resolutions of all criminal cases
  • conducts periodic meetings with the CR5 Supervisors/Security personnel
  • evaluates performance, recommends promotions and transfer of CR5 Supervisor and Rank & File
  • evaluates performance of CRS Managers with concurrence of immediate superiors
  • conducts periodic review of systems and procedures
  • constantly reviews and recommends manpower requirements of the branch
  • supports management decisions, requirements and expectations
  • performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:
  • candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College Degree in any course
  • with at least 3-5 years managerial experience in the field of security and safety operations
  • male/female, not over 40 years old
  • preferably, Assistant Manager/Managers specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent
  • must be willing to travel to the different branches under his region

MERCHANDISE MANAGER

Job Requirements:
  • male/female, not over 35 years old
  • with Bachelor’s College Degree in related field
  • with 3-5 years of Retail Merchandising 1 Store Operations or Brand Management experience
  • experience in planning, forecasting and allocation
  • with high level of computer literacy
  • the ideal candidate will develop and plan merchandising assortments, implement and monitor visual merchandising standards, develop and manage suppliers, manage monthly (OTB) Open-To-Buy, sales and gross margin develop advertising and sales promotional plans

IT SENIOR MANAGER

Technical Competencies:

Four to Five years progressive work experience in IT systems analysis, systems design of which two or three years in a management capacity of large scale projects including development and testing life cycle, solution deployment and quality assurance. Requires a good working experience in all the project management knowledge areas including integration, scope, time, cost quality, human resource, communication, risk and procurement management with hands on experience of tools and techniques used to implement these process areas.

Functional Competencies:

Technically adept in all phases of System Applications, Operations and related functions.
Demonstrates proficiency in learning new systems technologies, techniques, methods and procedures.

  • candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
  • at least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • preferably Assistant Manager/ Managers specializing in IT/Computer Software or equivalent

PROJECT MANAGER CONSTRUCTION

The successful candidate will be in charge of the management of the project that includes planning, designing, estimation, implementation and other technical activities concerning construction. He must have managerial experience required for people management and the supervision of the construction project. He will be responsible for the over-all supervision of the efficiency in constructions and ensure the productivity to attain the project completion in accordance to company standards. He must have knowledge in mall industry, post construction administration and management.

  • candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • preferably Assistant Manager/ Managers specializing in Engineering Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent

REGIONAL DESIGN MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:
  • must have design experience or training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities in handling design project and construction supervision
  • knowledge in Design and technology such as CADD software, mathematics, building and construction, public safety and security
  • has understanding in mall industry, post construction administration and management

Job Requirements:
  • candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Architecture or equivalent
  • at least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • preferably Assistant Manager/ Managers specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent

BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsible for the over-all operations of a department store to ensure attainment of optimum sales performance and excellent customer service.

  • degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course
  • 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Management, Marketing or Retail Merchandising in a senior capacity
  • outstanding leadership, interpersonal and team-building skills
  • ability to conceptualize and implement attainable sales and marketing strategies
  • with proven track record and service

REGIONAL MANAGER

Ensures the profitability of the business unit/s through aggressive planning and monitoring of sales operations of the business units towards the achievement of branch and regional sales targets.

  • graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Management
  • with minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in managerial capacity
  • personable, creative, innovative and with excellent communication and public relations skills
  • a successful track record of strategy development and execution
  • with high level of computer literacy

GROUP MANAGER

Responsible for the achievement of the business unit’s sales targets through effective communication of directions to the Selling Manager and by providing feedback, concerns and recommendations to Regional Managers on matters affecting operations and merchandising. Responsible for the administration and efficient operation of the department within his assigned branch, including operations, product sales, customer service and security of merchandise.

  • graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Management
  • with minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in managerial capacity
  • personable, creative, innovative and with above average communication skills
  • with high level of computer literacy
